ct-notion-lifeos
Life OS for Busy Minds: Notion Family and Home Planner

YOUR DAYS, YOUR PEOPLE, YOUR PETS, YOUR HOME, YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PLANS, IN ONE NOTION WORKSPACE THAT TALKS TO ITSELF. There are 12 hubs and 34 connected lists, so you write something down once and it turns up wherever it's needed. Add a med with the day you filled it and the refill lands on Today the week it's due. Plan taco night and, if your kid is allergic to something in the recipe, it tells you before you shop (not halfway through dinner). You do not have to set up all of it today (please don't). Give it ten minutes, start small, and let it grow with you.

IT STARTS WITH YOUR PEOPLE. Add yourself, then everyone you look after, and pick a role for each one: Me, My kid, My aging parent, My partner, My pet, Someone I support, or Friend or family for the people you want to keep up with. Each page fills in with the right sections for that role, and their meds, appointments, papers and care notes collect there as you add them, so the next time a sitter or a new doctor asks, it's all on one page.

WHAT'S INSIDE

Today: your ONE thing and top three, meds, tonight's dinner, and who you're overdue to call

Hard day mode: meds, water, your one thing, and what counts too, on one screen, for the days when that's all there is room for

Health and Care: meds and refill dates, appointments, medical bills and the deductible you have left, a care log, and a Care Handoff form that sitters and grandparents can fill in from a link with no account

Food: recipes, a weekly meal plan with an allergy check, and a grocery list that builds itself from what you're out of

Home and Things: upkeep that schedules its own next date when you mark it done (air filters, oil changes, flea meds), chores, a cleaning zone each week, and what's in each room

People: birthdays, gift ideas, and a nudge when it's been too long

Money: bills and subscriptions, a monthly budget, spending, savings goals with a progress bar, and debt payoff

Future and Paperwork: documents and renewal dates, insurance, passports, and an estate checklist (no account numbers, on purpose)

Plans: goals, projects, trips, and a brain dump inbox

Body and Mind: movement, a journal, and a list of good things

Busy Minds tools: the Two-Minute List, the Rejuggle, That Counts Too, and a Time Blindness Tracker that compares your guess with how long things took

AI and Help: copy-ready prompts that work with any AI assistant, plus a map of how everything connects

Seven calendars on the home page: appointments, meals, bills, refills, upkeep, birthdays and trips

NOTHING HERE IS A STREAK.
