Shipping policy

Digital downloads do not ship. Planners, printables and other digital products are delivered immediately. A download link appears on the order confirmation page right after checkout and is also sent to you by email. If you created an account, your files remain available there. If a download link does not reach you, please see our Refund and Digital Products Policy, or email us at chrysta@chrystasthings.com and we will resend it.

Printed items are made to order. Each one is printed for you after you order it, so please allow up to 10 business days for it to be made before it ships. You will get a tracking email when it leaves.

Shipping within the US is free on every printed item. Standard delivery is usually 3 to 5 business days after it ships, and a faster option is offered at checkout for an extra charge.

International shipping is charged at checkout where it is available. A few items ship within the US only, or within the US and Canada only, and those listings say so. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.
