Shipping policy

Nothing ships. Every product sold by Chrysta's Things is an instant digital download. No physical item is mailed, no shipping address is required, and no shipping charge is ever applied.

Your files are delivered immediately. A download link appears on the order confirmation page right after checkout and is also sent to you by email. If you created an account, your files remain available there.

If a download link does not reach you, please see our Refund and Digital Products Policy, or email us at chrysta@chrystasthings.com and we will resend it.
