Welcome. Chrysta's Things is a brand of King Free Co. LLC, a Nevada limited liability company. By using this site or buying from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What we sell

Everything in this shop is a digital product. Planners, printables, add-on packs, and pattern files are delivered as files you download. Digital download only, nothing ships. No physical item is sent, and no shipping address is required.

Your download link is delivered by email and on the order confirmation page immediately after purchase. If it does not arrive, see our Refund and Digital Products Policy for what to do.

Your license to use what you buy

When you buy a digital product from us, you get a personal use license. That means:

You may:

Print the file as many times as you like, for yourself and your household.
Use it on your own devices and tablets, in any number of your own apps.
Print a copy for a family member or a friend as a gift.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, or give away the file itself.
Post the file anywhere others can download it, including cloud folders, forums, and file sharing sites.
Use the file or its artwork to make products you sell, whether printed or digital.
Claim the design as your own, or remove any credit or copyright notice.
Use it for commercial or classroom-wide distribution without a separate written license from us.

Personal use only, please. If you want to use something commercially, or for a whole team or classroom, email us. We are friendly about it, we just need to agree on terms first.

You own your copy. We keep ownership of the design.

Intellectual property

The planners, layouts, text, brand marks, photography, and site design are owned by King Free Co. LLC or used under license.

Some of our artwork is developed from historical pattern work that is in the public domain. The original source plates remain public domain and we claim no ownership of them. The restoration, recoloring, layout, and arrangement we do on top of them is our own new work, and that work is protected. Put simply: the old cloth belongs to everyone, the version we rebuilt belongs to us.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed.

Payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Bundles and add-on packs are sold at flat prices and are excluded from site-wide sales. The packs are the discount.

Accounts and accuracy

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and let us know if something looks wrong. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

We try hard to describe every product accurately, including page counts, sizes, and what is inside. If a description contains an error, we will correct it. An error does not obligate us to honor it.

Availability and changes

Products may be added, changed, or retired at any time. Items marked "coming soon" are not yet for sale and no purchase is being taken for them.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site.

Some pages link to other retailers, including through affiliate programs. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or policies. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

Disclaimers and limits

The site and our products are provided "as is." We do our best to make them work everywhere, but we cannot guarantee that every file will behave identically in every app, printer, or device.

To the fullest extent the law allows, King Free Co. LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
