THE COVER is Whimsigoth: William Morris's Violet and Columbine cloth from 1883, in deep navy, old gold and muted rose, wrapped all the way around the book, with a crow by Kawanabe Kyōsai (painted around 1887) on a paper panel on the front. Inside, the cloth runs along the section bands and the crow turns up again on every week page. All of it is public domain museum art.

EVERY WEEK GETS EIGHT PAGES: the week across two pages with your ONE thing, a Top Three Then Done list, room for every day, what carries forward and a spot for the wins. Then a daily check-in for water, movement, meds and sleep, the zone rotation (one area of the house a day, 20 to 30 minutes, Sundays off), meals for the week, the grocery run, the pantry, and a page for notes and loose ends.
