Sunburst Quilt Jigsaw Puzzle, 252 Pieces, 14 x 11 in, Antique American Quilt Art, Gift for Quilters and Puzzle Lovers

A Sunburst quilt, made in the United States in the 1830s out of English chintz, with every one of those rays cut and pieced by hand by someone with a lot more patience than most of us (and now you get to find out how much you have, 252 pieces at a time). The quilt is in the collection of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, which put the image in the public domain, so we printed it whole, edge to edge, with a small credit in the corner that names it.

252 pieces fits in an evening. It works for one person with a cup of tea, and it works for a mixed table where the kids want to help with the edges.
